What is the best part about your compensation package?

Maybe getting a raise would be nice

I feel under valued by being the most reliable team member, and getting hours cut/ harassed by my manager. Never recognized for my work

Being paid what I'm legally owed.

These are things that are undiscussable with the fear of this being public if I spoke too much on them it would take very little to put together who I am and where I work and that is not something I can risk .

We get no stock or other benefits. No benefits at all, like paid sick days, paid vacation or health care. Up until 2 weeks ago the only raised we got were those mandated by the state to keep us st minimum wage.

They do all these nice little things for employees but as a manager I felt ignored with all my ideas

If they gave us much better higher compensation
