Taking care of issues in the workplace
First and foremost hospitality, which starts with treatment of employees and situational awareness. Also security, there is none, no real safety measures are taken. Those hired on don't know about red lion corp unless they look into things. Not much good to say.
Being a leader and not be told by employers what to do. Take charge of hotel and not let certain low level staff run the place through threats and cursing at him.
Everything from front desk, housekeeping and better owners
Everything! Horrible at training and retention
Better educated employees with no criminal background
