Communication, helping each other rather then bullying and hurting each other, cleanliness, hospitality, listening skills. Pretty much everything it takes to work with other people.
First off, we have no company meetings. In 3.5 years of working here we have had one, which was over 3 years ago. Hiring quality workers who aren't lazy, untrained, and many of whom use drugs while on the job. A blind eye is turned by the GM when problems are reported.
