What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It good involved around others

They promise lots of work life balamce....too bad they don't follow through

Everybody adds their own little flavor to the environment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Mainly the owners efficiency to take care of matters in a professional manner and treat all people as humans rather then by race or money status. Take the initiative to step between employees and take control of situations with out threats or intimation actually care about employees.

Better more qualified people. Not people hired without interviews because the person doing the hiring is not qualified to do so.

New owners and new management

Better employees with higher education and better values
