Vibe is awesome. So creative, passionate, energetic. Like we are all doing something important and great together with really smart and fun people.

Was never allowed to actually take any of my accrued vacation time for reasons that were totally unjustified, so not great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better at Refinery29?
We could move faster if people were empowered to drive. Everyone says "what do execs say?" and then execs give unclear directive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at Refinery29?
People shut down ideas without exploring them. Everyone is defensive. Need to be more open to new ideas, processes, ways of doing things.

We've barely scratched the surface in terms of growth. Refinery29 could be a household name if we open our minds and took real risks.
