    Very weird and inconsistent. Managers have not been trained, other than watching some videos, on how to manage people. They resort to using the same tactics used on them by their superiors which is similar to the way playground bullies operate. Sometimes an insignificant mistake will find you sitting in a room filled with managers who grill you and discuss your fate. Another time the same incident may rouse some playful banter. You never really know. It depends on the mood and what the P & L's look like that day.
