The transparency and they carry everyone along in each decision that is being made for the company.

The fact that I could have been paid less because my asking amount was way less than what I am being paid.

Everyone is so supportive of each other and willing to help. My team is the best because we have each others back.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the culture make me most happy. I have never experienced such before in my career and I am glad to be part of this.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are so so free at my company that you could slack the CEO to ask him of anything or catch a joke. The CEO and COO are most comfortable executives that I have ever come across.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter and the hiring managers were all nice on the call. During my 1st interview with the recruiter, she asked some questions and shared some jokes just so that I will be relaxed during our chat. I was carried along the whole process and updated accordingly.
