The moment I learned about Remote through the public handbook, I knew I needed to join. Such an amazing async and remote only company. Great pay, great benefits, great team, everyone's always willing to help. I don't even know how I would make it any better

Everyone's willing to help each other, share their knowledge, what's worked best for them, what hasn't, super nice and friendly, and again, humor
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited paid time off? Not just that but a MINIMUM of 20 days off you HAVE to take a year. Where have you seen that?
What makes you most happy at work?
How cool my team and the whole company is. Meeting with new people every week because of how fast we're growing. I get to learn a lot and we now have friends all over the world!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was super fast, I went through 6 interviews in like a week. Also, I didn't just get to meet the hiring manager and his manager, but also future teammates, as they also have a voice on who joins the team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They've shown that they're not here to give us orders. We get full ownership of our work and they're here to make our lives easier and help us with what we need. Also comedy is a big part, and they include it in the interactions with them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work asynchronously, so everything gets documented and you don't even have to wait for someone to answer your question, as chances are, somebody already documented the answer. For the environment, can't think of any place with a more multicultural, open minded and willing to help team
