They are all so kind and helpful and really all work together to get the job done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the best interview experience of my life at Remote. I enjoyed all the conversations and for me the simplicity was really nice. I wasn't nervous at all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Remote pays well, which I think is something to be really proud of, they allow people in lower cost locations to earn a good salary and this in turn causes high level of engagement from staff. After all no one should be penalised based on where they live.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility, and the understanding that we are all humans and have lives outside of work. I feel like people are so caring and respectful of people and their time here. I can't say how much I and I'm sure everyone appreciates this. This is really truly a remote company and I love it!
What makes you most happy at work?
Joining Remote was very personal for me, I'm just so happy to be part of an organisation that is changing people's lives. The fact that we make it possible for people to be close to their families and work where and the way they want to work, it doesn't get better than this...
