What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone truly values kindness and that comes across in our communication and interactions with each other.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Mostly that it was fast and transparent. I knew what the next steps would be at all times.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

We have inspiring women leaders all across the company with half of our leadership team comprised of women. Our leadership team leads with our core values and really supports their teams.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to launch programs that do good in the world. For example, Remote for Good, which is a special offer for nonprofits and Remote for Refugees to help companies invest in refugee talent.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We try hard to work asynchronously because we have so many people across multiple time zones. When we do have to sync, we make sure to record the meeting and document it with clear action items.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We offer culturally aware, equitable benefits packages in each country so I know I'm getting the same quality of benefits as everyone else on the team, no matter where they work. We also have the most modern benefits stack I've seen with mental health support and a no-tolerance policy for harassment
