Just feeling empowered and supported by my managers, especially would be great. I'd love to see some fertility benefits come in too.

The compensation is good but not the most competitive. The idea of having employees everywhere in the world makes it more tricky I guess. Originally I joined because I saw a video of Job about equal pay scales not related to region but we are already looking at a regional approach...
