A regular truck just for swing driver and better benefits for my family

I now do the job of about four people, they have restructured PTO so that we do not have any mandatory days off regardless of holiday so to feel compensated, i would want to be making about $40 an hour, have fully covered benefits and actual mandatory days/holidays off

Gaslighting my by a tenure lies are said about me.

A better boss or someone who has the knowledge

Everytime we do something extra or do something that helps the company but we arent told we get reprimanded for it or threatened with being let go or plain fired for that kind of stuff.

Equal Pay for EQUAL JOB

Pay is to low and don't even help with Internet bill when they expect certain speeds. Power outage or internet outage out of your control they take pay away

Compared to other industries, I feel that we make significantly less. I worked a job over ten years ago that I was making the same wage I am now. I would feel better if we made over $25/hr, if not more. That is not taking in account our benefits, that should be what we actually make to bring home.
