What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Trucks are breaking down to often hydralic leaks on the streetsof our community routs not being completed. Drivers getting upset with low pay rate. : 1. ibvest in the fleet / 2. Pay the workers equal pay to the compedutors in the local area.

Management thinks where all stupid

Drivers have too many sites to visit and not much support when needed.

Poor service, constant price increases, onesided agreements

We need more drivers and trucks. My bulk team is always being pulled to a different LOB leaving bulk pick ups on the ground. This creates COMMITMENT FAILURES and more service recordings than I can handle.

Hire people with experience in supervision. Help employees balance there work life and home life.

Make sure everyone is doing their job

Terrible service. Hire more people and pay them fairly so that they do their job well

I don't know that the local branch can be saved without a major overhaul of management

The management needs total re-haul with professional people

you work on a 40 % profit margin but you don t get people will drop you for a dollar when I sold my first company to you my margin was 44% work at lower monthly rate I get the ratio of operations story but certain competitiveness is need to grow and you guys make it look like you will sell 3-5yrs

Unfair, unscrupulous billing, rate changes without notice, buying out the competition. Can be improved by stopping doing these things and forming proper communication.

Listen to our customers more and not what they think they want.

Need new trucks and containers. We are a big company and our equipment is an embarrassment.

"we've always done it this way" wrong attitude with a new system (RISE) too many chiefs and nobody in the middle mgmt or the GM want to do whats right.... too worried about their bonus

Management needs to change, the shift supervisors need to change. Production should be the main goal and not "what can I do to make the others job harder". Hiding important information from each other going out of the way to make it harder for each other rather than focus on why we are there.
