just ok, not running away but don't plan to be here in the next 5 years.

everything, not the worst but close to it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
just communication, everything else is ok.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
underpaid, over worked, lack of good management, poor reviews, poor communication, lack of respect from management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I started we where paid above minimum, not much above but we were, in 3 years I have not received a single raise and now I am receiving minimum wage, and they don't consistently bonuses either. we should have receive a raise every yr or every other year so that we are at least not paid minimum
