If management were properly trained and educated in dealing with employees they could possibly be more in tune with staff

If all staff were treated equally, provided the same opportunities, be afforded the same chances at scheduling ( weekends off ) while the majority of us work 12 he shifts on weekends
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Rescare needs to screen managers, team leads and human resources personnel . They should all have either a business management or healthcare administration background. As it stands these positions are filled from within. A secretary promoted to a human resource position, and no one has a degree.
