What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonuses and eligibility for employee stock purchase program. Very good 401k match as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Undervalued because Compensation does not match cost of living, work load, stress and activities during the work day. I would feel better making a higher yearly salary with guaranteed bonus structure so I know what to expect in my paystubs

The administrative work put in to save & make the company money is not acknowledged or appreciated even if it benefits the company and saves major accounts from leaving. The pay structure is convoluted and they haven't paid us properly in over a year, even saying the employees owe money back.

At this point nothing they do is good enough.
