What are some of the best things about your team?
The team generally works in a generous and helpful way and encourages quality work ethic.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Picking favorites, petty immature insults and actions, falsely advertising the values of the company by saying they care about their people when I've never seen a poorer example.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They tell you in daily meeting that they care about their people and we all work together and serve each other, the team shows it but management does not.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They took a month to finally schedule me after my interview, and I had to go in twice to be interviewed by 3 different people before I was offered a job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was constantly told by coworkers and the executive chef that I was one of, if not the best employee they've had, yet management found petty ways to make it more difficult to work there, when I quit they took me off the schedule before my 2 week notice was up and I was unemployed for a week.
