Very uplifting and encouraging place to work. Tipout in the hospitality side of an RH restaurant is pretty intense, but I'm glad that service staff get tipped out. Money is good, schedule is great, and discount is nice (50% off member pricing, even at outlet stores)

We help each other in every step of service for our guests. From grabbing dirty plates for each other, resetting tables for each other, and even ringing in food and cashing out tables for each other
