Overworked & underpaid. Benefits are next to useless for the most part. Execs, 'designers', and upper tier management take a ton of PTO while the grunts embrace the 9-6 and have to fight to get a day off or two. Snacks are good though
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great and genuinely tries the best for us. However, the resources their able to scrounge up aren't enough and the entire team basically works 7 day weeks because execs refuse to give her more buying power for team members
