Barbara has successfully led several key transactions, including the sale of ChartOne’s services business to HealthPort for $98 million and the sale of M*Modal to One Equity Partners for $1.1 billion. Throughout her career, she has drawn from deep expertise in healthcare technology, business optimization, operational strategy, and business integration to maximize profitability and foster highly productive cultures, producing measurable financial and operational improvements.

Most recently, Barbara was a key member of the leadership team through the sale of Kemberton to Revecore. At Kemberton (now Revecore), Barbara served as the Chief Operating Officer, where she was brought in to restructure the organization and enable growth.
