Profit sharing bonus incentivizes us to perform and rewards us for growth. The flexibility with work remote and PTO is nice too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Reviews always include 'what you're doing well'. It's good to be complimented and caught doing something right. Public showings of appreciation do happen here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to work on teams with other people who all have different skills and experiences to bring to the table. The synergy that comes from those conversations is inspiring.
