What is the best part about your compensation package?

Extremely progressive benefits package. Paid health benefits, equity, 18 weeks maternity leave, mental healthy benefits, and plenty of time off - plus a sabbatical program!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team has an open door policy. They understand that good ideas can come from any corner of the company. They reward and promote good work and are extremely thoughtful in how they both run the business and interact with all types of employees.
