What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to genuinely care about the wellbeing of the employees
They communicate regularly with teams and are approachable
They are willing to listen, able to prioritize, and efficient when implementing changes
Leadership team is available to chat with the company often, and are very accessible. I have confidence in their ability to make great decisions on behalf of the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are the only decent part

While the salary for the positions are fair but on the low side, the benefits is what makes up for it. 100% paid premiums for health/dental/vision insurance. Other perks like the "live/work stipend" and One Medical are nice can keep individuals from spending from their paycheck for these things.
The company is close-knit enough that if employees raise concerns about the benefit packages or company offerings, they can make adjustments based on that feedback. It's been great to see concerns addressed rather than explained away!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They benefits could be adjusted to make it more inclusive for all. They are decent for the industry but behind in the company's values and beliefs
What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredibly smart engineers and individual contributors all across the board
Most people are fun and laid back.
We have a thorough interview process, so I have full faith in my team members and their decisions and strategies.
We are like a family, to be honest. Genuine and hardworking people. And they are cool!
They're very willing to try new things but also take my recommendations.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work life balance is truly great and nothing is ever too pressing or stressful
Encouragement! We compliment, we build each other up, and we offer real constructive criticism. I really feel like part of a team working towards the same goals here.
We have an inclusive culture, that treats everyone equality. At the same time, we focus on diversity and making sure we are doing the right thing socially.
Our culture includes experimentation so people are always trying new ways of doing things.
The people are geniune, helpful, resourceful and very pleasurable to be around. When you spend so many hours every day and every week interacting with people, why not make it friendly and fun? Reverb is great with this.

What did you like most about the interview process?
All the interview portions were relevant and provided me with an opportunity to display my skills in near real work experiences
You meet with a panel, so you have many chances to make a great impression and you can tailor your talking points to each of the panelists' specialties.
I was able to meet a variety of people during the process.
It didn't feel like an interview. It felt more like a conversation.

What makes you most happy at work?
That i am valued by my peers and boss
I like the flexibility of our new default work modes. I appreciate that the company has made adjustments in the atmosphere of a pandemic.
Knowing that my work doesn't go unnoticed, and that there is a path for moving moving forward.
The people I have met in different departments are great to work with.
The opportunity to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
