What did you like most about the interview process?
All the interview portions were relevant and provided me with an opportunity to display my skills in near real work experiences
You meet with a panel, so you have many chances to make a great impression and you can tailor your talking points to each of the panelists' specialties.
I was able to meet a variety of people during the process.
It didn't feel like an interview. It felt more like a conversation.

Structured enough to mitigate bias, but room to find out about the company and demonstrate my skills.
It's been a while, and things have changed, but they really allowed me to talk with a wide array of people that I would work and interact with, allowing me to get a vibe check of the company very quickly.
The interviewers made sure to be very transparent and made it a comfortable experience.
