What are some of the best things about your team?
Incredibly smart engineers and individual contributors all across the board
Most people are fun and laid back.
We have a thorough interview process, so I have full faith in my team members and their decisions and strategies.
We are like a family, to be honest. Genuine and hardworking people. And they are cool!
They're very willing to try new things but also take my recommendations.
We have a very natural flow that resembles a veteran sports team or musical group. Everyone has the right character traits, skills and collaborative mindset to get projects done. Love them

I recently moved to a new team and find them really fun to be around. I'm on a more creative team now, and the biggest factor of team morale is a employee task management. Now that I'm able to determine the flow of my day, I'm much happier.

My teammates are always responsive whenever I have a question or need help solving a problem. Even though we don't work in the same office space, they are always there when I need them.
