Our leadership team is pretty diverse, they're good with feedback, and they're great communicators.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The People Team really tries to schedule events that are interesting, fun, inclusive, and engaging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health insurance is amazing. I haven't had to worry about healthcare since starting at Reverb, and that is amazing. The People Team is also great at finding extra benefits for mental and physical health and financial wellbeing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I recently moved to a new team and find them really fun to be around. I'm on a more creative team now, and the biggest factor of team morale is a employee task management. Now that I'm able to determine the flow of my day, I'm much happier.
