My coworkers. I also enjoy the sense of accomplishment that I feel at work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad leadership and egocentric work culture from doctors.
Too many things to list... hippa violations, bad culture, doctors being unaware if how business shouod actually run. Bad managers that lazk training.
