While I love my job and love the people I work with, there are lots of problems with how administration handles things, and I definitely feel like we don't make enough for everything that is asked of us. I also worked during all of 2020 and was very disappointed with how we were treated
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is so sweet, and I enjoy working under her. It's literally everyone above her that makes things hard
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we're asked to do so, so much. Being consistently understaffed and the fact that other clinics do offer more in pay
