Knowing how to do their job. Supporting their enployees, follow through
Better pay, listening to employees, being better educated
Doing their damn job. Their management philosophy is avoid the issue until the staff just figures it out, or until they absolutely have to do something. The administrator for our department only cares about RVUs. Doesn't give a damn about the staff or how we're doing.
Less micromanaging, more communication. GET TO KNOW YOUR EMPLOYEES
Cut the fat. So much waste and bad money management.
I do 3 peoples jobs and barely get compensated for one. It is not a livable wage for the amount of work or hours.
We do a ton of work ( and a lot outside of our scope) our compensation and treatment does not reflect this.
The fact that I do 3 people's jobs for the price of one. The fact that I asked for a raise and was given a lousy thirty cents an hour. The fact that employees are burning out. There's nothing keeping people here. The only reason I'm still here is because the doctor I work with directly is my friend.
pay increase for job done
I feel like we're asked to do so, so much. Being consistently understaffed and the fact that other clinics do offer more in pay
Stop keeping bad employees. Paid better for better quakity employee
to have a better teamwork
