What do you like best about the leadership team?The are passionate about the message and work that we do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Dental, vision and great health care. Disability and maternity leave.
What are some of the best things about your team?We all love our job and get along. We stay late if needed and always come in early on hard or busy days. We don't leave until everyone has been helped.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Way too many interviews. One or two should be all that is needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Leadership refuses to listen to its employees. You also can't keep firing everyone and not hire replacements.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Too many meetings. The only time to actually get work done is outside of normal working hours.
