What makes you most happy at work?The people. I'm proud to be apart of LTK which has a great reputation in the industry currently.
What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone that I've seen hired is truly passionate about LTK and the industry. I've met some extremely talented, kind, helpful unicorns at LTK - more so than anywhere else I've worked. It's unfortunate that a lot of them do not feel valued at this point.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Provides clear direction, great visibility into plans and performance, and creates a positive empowering culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would love to see LTK put as much focus on becoming the best place to be employed as it does being the best platform for creators. Being a primarily woman run company, our maternity/motherhood benefits are sub-par. Work-life balance is a struggle. There's a big opportunity for LTK to walk the walk
