Strong bonus tied to your performance and how well the company did. Also, 100% match up to 6% to your 401k + and additional 3% employer contribution.
Salary is competetive as it relates to the industry.

401k is a total of 9%, which is excellent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are the only company in the industry representing strong brands across 5 categories getting paid in line with what our competition does with 1 or 2. Bonus structure is not motivating and feels like a jab when corporate gets paid out at 117% while Trade gets 84% for the banner year!

Stock options & full tuition as part of the benefit package
Pay according to the workload and make bonuses more controled
I believe the pay is low for what we're expected to do daily. If we're expected to be market leaders then make us feel like we are. With that said I enjoy the job and feel like I'm good at it.
