What makes you most happy at work?
confident that we can manage the political landscape against the odds
I enjoy the autonamy, no customer is the same, fast paced always changing. My manager recognizes big and small wins so it makes me want to achieve and share accomplishments
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive leadership that drives a short term agenda vs a long term strategy. The impression given is people in position today only need to look "good" for a short timeframe before going to their next big role, while leaving the ramification of their decisions on the next guy.
Get rid of CEO. Replace all of the VPs and all of the directors that we put in place to create the culture of fear and intimidation.
Fire the entire leadership team. Starting with the BAT CEO and reprganize from there with a focus on building employee moral. Shouldn't have tried and fox what wasn't broken. Adapt and evolve with the brands and people as your fulcrums you slacks.
Simplfy the buisness instead of making it more complicated
