We are the only company in the industry representing strong brands across 5 categories getting paid in line with what our competition does with 1 or 2. Bonus structure is not motivating and feels like a jab when corporate gets paid out at 117% while Trade gets 84% for the banner year!

Stock options & full tuition as part of the benefit package
Pay according to the workload and make bonuses more controled
I believe the pay is low for what we're expected to do daily. If we're expected to be market leaders then make us feel like we are. With that said I enjoy the job and feel like I'm good at it.

Leadership needs to quit micromanaging and let us cultivate relationships and let progrsms flourish.
Don't blow smoke anout how great the company is. Anyone can read Glassdoor reviews. Be honest about how bad things are and how you are working to fix the issues.
Executive leadership that drives a short term agenda vs a long term strategy. The impression given is people in position today only need to look "good" for a short timeframe before going to their next big role, while leaving the ramification of their decisions on the next guy.
Get rid of CEO. Replace all of the VPs and all of the directors that we put in place to create the culture of fear and intimidation.
Fire the entire leadership team. Starting with the BAT CEO and reprganize from there with a focus on building employee moral. Shouldn't have tried and fox what wasn't broken. Adapt and evolve with the brands and people as your fulcrums you slacks.
