I feel like we are left in the dark about a lot of things. We also get worked to complete exhaustion just to be disappointed when we get our check. The pay it shows on the website is nowhere near any of the pay ive ever seen. I am already supervisor but got no recognition for the sacrifice ive made

It was 1 on 1 and everything was covered quickly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop picking and choosing favorites and give us the training we are supposed to get.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things done fast but accurately. Being teamed up with the good counters and everything running smoothly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to be paid or compensated based on the sacrifices we make. If I get a call asking if I can help in a store I say yes. I know its hard sometimes but when I don't have life outside of work because of how much I work I would like it to be worth it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We get worked to the point we can barely stay awake and get paid like we work at mcdonald's or something. We don't get any stock equity or anything like that. I haven't seen any bonus. Not even Christmas bonus. Then we are off a week so we struggle to make it. We have no life outside of work
