For a part time job where you can pretty much set your own availability, it is wonderful. The pay is great, but the work hours can really be horrible.
The team I am on is somewhat like family but does back stab to make themselves look better when actually they are the ones making the job harder on lower ASET employees.
You can work and achieve at your own pace. Hours are your choosing mostly, but District Managers really are not helping the company when they are not aware of issues or do not deal with issues appropriately.
Reliability of the team I am on for the most part with some good and some bad. I look forward to trying to do better at each job and attempting to do my personal best at each job even if the job is not my favorite.
Local leadership team is strong and local manager is gaining strength. The District Manager has no clue about proper scheduling or even the areas the local managers live/work/travel. Company could be much stronger if District Managers did not have such a large area to be responsible for.
Interview process is fine and open. Your background checks are not always done properly, but you can make it better if you are honest and expect to be asked to work. You have to be willing to work and learn. Things come easy for some, but the company lulls you into a false sense of job security
