What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Bring back dedicated hiring/training coordinator

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The individuals with field experience are the best to work with. The people coming from other departments to be field managers don't get the entire process, nor can most help with real time problems.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People centric should apply to all levels of employees. Hourly employees are treated better than managers. Fix the problems when they occur, stop waiting weeks/months. Better pay for hourly, better bonus for hourly, fix perfect event matrix because piqa should not count.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The hours expected are too much for salaried employees. We are not indentured servants, but are expected to be on call 24/7. We have a 6 day work week, but don't get a day off because the phone constantly rings and the emails never stop. The restructuring made it more difficult.
