Honestly I don't have one, but I'm not complaining! I enjoy my position either way! ?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Depositivity namely comes from your crew it should generally come from your flow leaders or supervisors but I found it comes from other workers that you buy with doesn't even necessarily have to be from the same district we all just kind of Pat ourself up and drive each other to do better
Everyone is willing step up to the plate if need be at the Company I work for, most definitely it's peaceful to work here!
