The bonus structure is appealing
They always pay bonuses, even if they have to lay people off to make it happen.
Compensation is competitive I believe based on research.

There is no respect for talent and skills. Compensation is mainly driven by how close and how blindly you follow the otherwise inept VPs.
Because compensation for a high stress job is weak at not even 19 an hour

more money and better time off as your tenure increases
Compensation wasn't the problem. Sustainability of a high pressure work environment is unlikely. Quarterly focused, not decade focused. Too many changes causes plans to never be played out.
I was a one person site, I had a lot of responsibility for the Company that I was contracted to.
Review from Operations Dept
Find a new company to work for, investigate them better.
They can give better raises. They gave me a 1% raise which = .16 cents. 80 hours = 12.80 a month = 25.60 . How are you supposed to live of this. I can't pay bills with a .16 cent raise. Ricoh makes a lot of money, and they can barley pay there employees.
higher salary and commission structure
Pay below average and that's the exact level of talent you'll attract (and worse, keep).
If they gave annual raises
I will not discuss this topic on social media.
A server pay, would of been better than lying on me to fired me.
The job typically requires expanding out of one's role far too often and can become overwhelming. Most roles on site are typically thankless so one can definitely feel jaded along with the paltry merit increases.
Recognize the contribution, take action on suggested improvements, listen to the end users, make metrics REAL.
i felt as a IT service Desk rep they should had paid more the work was a lot and they dont help you at all you have to over work
Longbterm trend of extremely slow wage growth well below government reported inflation number. Greatly below true inflatuin.
Understanding the pandemic, but starting pay was off and no raise in almost 2 years
Review from Operations Dept
No opportunity for growth been told that and was told, don't expect but a few cents of a raise. Their medical insurance is a joke. Extremely high and unattainable. Thank goodness we no longer get dinged from the gov't for not having insurance.
Make it competitive and err on the side of taking care of your people.
