Flexibility and strong leadership, amazing.
When I want a derragatory comment to make its way to management, I could count on the leader team.
3rd line management and above is the problem
the are open to listen and learn as well as teach
Review from Operations Dept
The leadership team is very encouraging about developing your career goals!
Review from Customer Support Dept
Immediate management was fine, but above that, short-sighted greedheads lining their own golden parachutes.
Review from IT Dept
Very innovative and forward thinking!

Our company leads from the top. We are united in the The Spirit of the Three Loves: Love of your neighbor, Love your country (Planet), and love your work. This message is repeated from the top down.
Review from Sales Dept
Communication and actually working with their staff.
Review from IT Dept
Like they really care... not at all
Communication is a big fail in my opinion
Review from Customer Support Dept
They care more about numbers than quality work
The leadership team should stop having fake reviews placed on the board. They're obvious, with the flowery language and overly perfect English (hmm, I wonder where reviews like that come from?). You act like GM or Ford in the 70's - time to get with it...
People, do not want to work anymore
Tendency is to be narcissistic. Always posting selfevaluated comments about how successful they are. Provide tons of lip service toward employees but actions and sentiment towards employees speaks to the cintrary
Awarding employees work efforts and not show favoritism
No suggestion, since it never changes and continues to get worse and impacts the employee
Need to shift the business from printings
Review from IT Dept
Our manager compensates for problem employees by pushing extra work onto employees he knew would pick up the slack, then rides them when they were overworked because he knew we would get the job done while others slacked. Also, wouldn't back us vs. unrealistic customer demands. So I found a new job.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Listening to and and respecting employees
Review from Sales Dept
This company tends to favor the advancement of men. Hourly pay is low and raises and very low percentage wise. Management expects a lot for not enough pay.
Review from Customer Support Dept
The only constant at Ricoh is change and it's so ingrained in our culture that it's even in our slogan "Imagine. Change". This is a great strategy for new technology but is NOT a good strategy for your sales-force structure and client alignment... Stop disrupting sales operations!
Review from Sales Dept
Go back to taking care of the customer first and foremost. Ricoh has forgotten who pays the bills.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Empowering employes and trusting them to do the job they have been doing for 20 to 40 years.
Start trusting and valuing your American employees. Stop outsourcing everything and constantly making massive cuts without considering the long-term consequences. Draw up an efficient budget that doesn't always require the employee to give up perks, benefits, their jobs, etc. LISTEN to lower level.
Review from IT Dept
Listen to site managers about what their needs are and how to grow revenue. Too much top down thinking.
Review from Operations Dept
Managers only care ABOUT THEMSELVES AND WANT TO KEEP THERE BOUNSES WHILE THE EMPLOYEE SUFFERS
Paying a living wage to employees
