Recognition. Team is recognized on their birthday, awork anniversary and with employee of the month/quarter recognition and bonus. We have town hall meetings all the time. We get fed all the time. We have an employee engagement team that does fun stuff and have their own budget.

My work environment is positive, I do not work on site at Ricoh - I am contracted at a site which I love being at. I've had the opportunity to be part of an amazing group of people. However when my Ricoh team comes into play I feel they bring that positive to a negative.
