that no one looks over my shoulder when working; independency
Review from Operations Dept
The ability to continually learn and the collaboration between departments to get the job done!
Review from Customer Support Dept
Meeting and greeting my dealers and their sales reps embrace the worth and value of our Ricoh technology, which in turn helps their customers.
Review from Marketing Dept
Our leaders want us to be motivated, easier said than done, but when you have the CEO requesting that often, you cannot help but do that or it is time to move on. I also get self fulfillment when I makes sales and I have a drive to be better everyday.

Review from Sales Dept
Contacts with a certain customer that doesnt know how to manage.
Review from IT Dept
accountability of senior leadership needs to be a focus
Too many changes with new ideas without measuring and letting the new idea and change take hold.
i can not be improved.
Hire innovative product people and give them a chance to create solutions.
Customers find us reliably steady but they all comment about our lack of innovation.
They are losing customers and closing offices
I really don't know at this point
Lack of direction and synergy from all levels of the company. Most if not all the time the sites are left to fend for themselves without adequate coverage, which puts even more stress on the on site team. Expectations are too high without recieving the tools to succeed.
Make collaboration real and not just talk
they cant imporve if they dont change managment
Completely eliminate the executive structure and replace with people who actually care about ethics and the future of the company and its employees. I would say promote from within, but I don’t know if anyone who cared is still with the company or no
Review from IT Dept
no growth due to wrong direction
Review from IT Dept
Poor planning, micromanaging and general lack of direction
Review from Sales Dept
Working together as a team to take care of our customers would be a great start. You feel like a one man show a lot.
Review from Customer Support Dept
pay better, and be more transparent to employees that would like to show their A-game
Review from IT Dept
It feels like the only people who care about Ricoh are losing their jobs and middle management and execs are collecting big bonuses at the expense of long term viability. Take away the outsized compensation at the top and invest it back into the company instead of outsourcing everything.
Review from IT Dept
Whole teams are being outsourced and offshored to "restructure" and save the company money, instead of looking for ways to preserve the US teams within a more efficient structure. Pretty soon the entire IT, billing, and customer care departments will be located offshore. We feel betrayed.
Review from IT Dept
I'm on an island with no direction, and no opportunities.
Review from Operations Dept
Our implementation efforts are frequently suffering from technical issues and the projects can take a very long time to complete
Review from Sales Dept
nothing having to go to forced employee fun days is obvious there is a problem
Stable, like working for the government
Co-workers and Managers
Less corporate overhead and silly meetings
Review from Operations Dept
Product and innovation over process and planning.
Better execution from company leaders
