Like they really care... not at all
Communication is a big fail in my opinion
Review from Customer Support Dept
They care more about numbers than quality work
The leadership team should stop having fake reviews placed on the board. They're obvious, with the flowery language and overly perfect English (hmm, I wonder where reviews like that come from?). You act like GM or Ford in the 70's - time to get with it...
There is no respect for talent and skills. Compensation is mainly driven by how close and how blindly you follow the otherwise inept VPs.
Because compensation for a high stress job is weak at not even 19 an hour
Review from IT Dept
more money and better time off as your tenure increases
I was a one person site, I had a lot of responsibility for the Company that I was contracted to.
Review from Operations Dept
Compensation wasn't the problem. Sustainability of a high pressure work environment is unlikely. Quarterly focused, not decade focused. Too many changes causes plans to never be played out.
Socializing with other people would help.
Review from IT Dept
Same as for management question
We need much better managers
Integrity, loyalty and honesty toward coworkers and managers.
More effective tools and a better work environment
Review from Sales Dept
Better pay and better opportunities.
Close down and give all employees a good severance package.
Shake up management. They do what fits them.
Better people which they won't get because pay is low
Promotions from within, show your employees they are valued, fewer layoffs
Better interview skills and someone that has a stable mind.
Focus on ability, not mission
everything they need new management
avoid pre fixed promotion scenario
Review from IT Dept
Be truthful instead of just trying to fill the spot
Review from Operations Dept
Contacts with a certain customer that doesnt know how to manage.
Review from IT Dept
accountability of senior leadership needs to be a focus
Too many changes with new ideas without measuring and letting the new idea and change take hold.
i can not be improved.
Hire innovative product people and give them a chance to create solutions.
Less corporate overhead and silly meetings
Review from Operations Dept
Product and innovation over process and planning.
Better execution from company leaders
