What is the best part about your compensation package?

awd awd awd awd awd awda wad dw dwa

The bonus and LTI plan.

Review from HR Dept

Great base comp with good upside, especially when 3 years of 'long term incentives' start to stack up

Review from Marketing Dept

PTO. Summer and Winter holiday. People centric benefits

Strong base salary, plus bonus and long-term incentive

Review from HR Dept

Twice annual Bonus structure is nice. Benefits are generous

Health packet, fairly good insurance

Bonus opportunities and Health Insurance. We're always in the 10-15% of total industry compensation.

Review from Product Dept

Review from Design Dept

Review from Marketing Dept

Work life balance, company culture

Review from Engineering Dept

It's tough to name the best part as it's wellrounded

Review from Design Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

All the extra curricular opportunities on top of a comfortable living.

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

they dont care about human beings, at all, we need to overhaul the entire executive level of staff and upper management

I would raise my payment I good english

Review from Engineering Dept

Everyone is happier than me. I see new cars every week but not for me.

I turn out the best results, have the best reviews and am paid much less than the men on my team who are junior to me.

Insurance could be better. Still have to pay a slight portion of medical expenses.

Review from Design Dept

Only engineers get paid well, otherwise expect below market. "Competitive pay" means each month is a game on whether or not you'll go broke.

Industry standard pay

Review from Product Dept

I don't like the new bonus structure as compared to the stock that we received previously.

Less benefit, more pay.

Review from Product Dept

As a single person, living close to work in this area is expensive. Wages for creative just aren't as good as they claim. Pay talent better
