Riot Games Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My team sets a tone of positivity across our greater organization.

Mix of work from home and in office. The offices are fantastic but I love the flexibility too.

Review from Marketing Dept

The people that I work with are helpful and engaging. Everyone tend to help to lift people around them

Opportunies to talk with leaders on or above VP level, co-workers actively help each other

Review from Engineering Dept

The company has worked hard to be sure everyone has a voice, and we know good ideas can come from anywhere.

Review from HR Dept

We encourage giving positive feedback to coworkers and zero-tolerance to discrimination

Huge pivots in recent years on inclusivity: gender, veteran, and minority value.

Review from Product Dept

is good the time in the company

Review from Design Dept

There's no more farting in people's faces, at least I think.

Review from Design Dept

Culture is very open, friendly and community focussed

Review from HR Dept

Very laid back, but its too laid back, hardly any work gets done.

Review from Engineering Dept

Its the fact that we always put the users before anything, and we do our best to meet their expectations and wants.

Review from Design Dept

Everything. Everything. Everything. Everything, Everything.

Review from Design Dept

Everyone is open to new ideas

Review from Marketing Dept

The culture is broken but my immediate team really goes out of their way to be an example of what good looks like - and we celebrate each others wins.

I really feel like my boss and team care about me as a person.

Review from Engineering Dept

We push each other out if comfort zones to give players great experiences. We accept failure as a part of growth. We never settle for good enough.

Review from Product Dept

Getting and giving feedback, which helps everyone grow

Review from Marketing Dept

Mostly everyone is identifying and solving problems they see so you can expect that people mean well, even if their approach is different than yours.

Review from Product Dept

You set your own pace

Review from Product Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Other games than League of Legends on the computers.

Accountability, The vendor on board process, the requirements for Red Badge, Leadership, being able to choose vendors that are less expensive, not because we can use them as a credit card with high interest. Accounting practices need to change.

There is not much to change about this company's environment.

Review from Design Dept

While it's nice to constantly strive for improvement and seek continual feedback, let's take the time to celebrate successes and strengths

The company culture is good, but people create their own culture is bad. There is still a strong hierarchy in there.

Review from Product Dept

Stop imagining what the studio culture is. Enough with the koolaid. The company is becoming more top down and corportate everyday.
