Review from Design Dept

They let us play video games at work.

Review from Design Dept

The culture is super cool - nice, friendly and interesting colleagues everywhere. Teams care so much about customers, and go above and beyond to serve them. Being a minority, its great to see exclusivity and diversity seen as measure to evaluate managers. Things look bright in the coming years :-)

Review from HR Dept

Review from HR Dept

They are always willing to listen, allow you to fail and give support when needed.

Review from Product Dept

They believe in doing the right thing for the players

Review from Marketing Dept

The leadership team apologizes openly when they've made a mistake and don't couch it in excuses.

Review from Product Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

communication and transparency within projects

The director needs to treat team members with respect, needs to make working agreement, needs to make two-way communcations instead of top-down only. He also should follow the culture and core value of the company instead of bring in Amazon's toxic culture to make entire org to be shit hole

Review from Engineering Dept

threy nmeed to grow up or something

Honestly all we do at this corporation is sit back and play video games. Leadership needs to take over and make people do work, there is so much lost efficiency every day at the company.

Review from Engineering Dept

Fix the Bro culture. Mark and Brandon need to take ownership of the culture they created. Apologize to your victims. Do whats right not whats easy.

Leading, communicating, vision strategies, finances. Audits need to be done across the whole company. Place is run by kids who can’t budget a checkbook and have no accountability.

Nepotism and poor promotion decisions have plagued finance & other support teams for 5+ years. It costs us the best, most talented people.

More transparency. Needs to focus on the employees, their needs and their growth.

Review from Product Dept

They need to start taking a stronger interest on what's actually going on at the lower levels.

Project transparency, profesional skills

Review from Product Dept

Leadership in this company is all over the place. Some are great. There are however too many legacy folks who are underqualified.
