Solving problems to make players all around the world happy, fast iteration brings lots of learning opportunties for new technologies

What are some of the best things about your team?

Too many long and non effective meetings, 5 hours morning meetings every other week but get nothing panned well. Lots of meetings to think about improvements but ideas are rarely get implemented

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The director needs to treat team members with respect, needs to make working agreement, needs to make two-way communcations instead of top-down only. He also should follow the culture and core value of the company instead of bring in Amazon's toxic culture to make entire org to be shit hole
