What do you like best about your company?

Some of the best most talented colleagues I've ever known.

What makes you most happy at work?

I have delivered some amazing and seemingly impossible wins though they go unnoticed. My reward system is internal though not external.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Many opportunities to ask questions and explore fit, as well as demonstrate the value I'd bring to the team, and company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Nepotism and poor promotion decisions have plagued finance & other support teams for 5+ years. It costs us the best, most talented people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Only engineers get paid well, otherwise expect below market. "Competitive pay" means each month is a game on whether or not you'll go broke.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My immediate (product) team is amazing but the discipline is led by Riots known worst manager who fails at every job yet stays. No growth.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fix the Bro culture. Mark and Brandon need to take ownership of the culture they created. Apologize to your victims. Do whats right not whats easy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I turn out the best results, have the best reviews and am paid much less than the men on my team who are junior to me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture is broken but my immediate team really goes out of their way to be an example of what good looks like - and we celebrate each others wins.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Product team values me strongly. They let me fight my own battles but always have my back. we trust each other and we all keep our commitments - we can rely on each other without any doubt.
