People constantly goof off and play games during core hours. Dealing with leadership is a huge risk to your career.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are extremely inefficient because of long winded polirical types. Get to the point, actionables. Conversations need more substance.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop imagining what the studio culture is. Enough with the koolaid. The company is becoming more top down and corportate everyday.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership in this company is all over the place. Some are great. There are however too many legacy folks who are underqualified.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a single person, living close to work in this area is expensive. Wages for creative just aren't as good as they claim. Pay talent better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get rid of low hanging fruit. People who can not perform their jobs. "Idea guys" should not exist. Stop being so PC and political It's toxic
