What is the best part about your compensation package?

The health benefits are reasonable

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with my team members and pushing technology.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading, communicating, vision strategies, finances. Audits need to be done across the whole company. Place is run by kids who can’t budget a checkbook and have no accountability.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team is fairly accountable, but not great leadership. No vision plans for future, just a OBTW, it October, get your budget together. It’s hard to have a budget when you have no plan.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Accountability, The vendor on board process, the requirements for Red Badge, Leadership, being able to choose vendors that are less expensive, not because we can use them as a credit card with high interest. Accounting practices need to change.
